Looking for a good deal? Many of Ronda's clients are looking for the bargain as well as something that they can call home. Today, the shortsale listing is something to consider as a viable option. Many agents or clients get discouraged with the wait time or possibility that the shortsale escrow may never close. However, with the new HAFA program being offered, clients may want to revisit the shortsale. The process or length of time of an escrow can be quite dependent on the skill of the listing agent. But, if you're willing to wait, you may have a better chance of buying a property at a discount. Search for shortsale listings or foreclosed properties. If you need more help or info, give Ronda a call.
If you know of someone who is "upside down" -- meaning their loan balance is greater than the value of their home, have them call Ronda. She can walk them through the loan modification process to see if their lender will reduce their monthly payment.
Ronda is a National Association of Realtors certified Foreclosure and Shortsale Resource. She is a certified Short Sales Specialist and earning her Certified Distressed Property Designation. A local girl, Ronda has lived in several charming Oahu towns. She enjoyed Kailua as a child and remembers the tightknit neighborhood community as well as the weekend family gatherings at her grandmother's Lanikai beach home. She also lived in Kaimuki on Maunalani Heights. Today, Ronda resides in Manoa...a charming college town neighborhood with graceful trees and historic homes.
You can still find her wandering her old stomping grounds as well as in the eclectic Chinatown adjacent to Honolulu downtown, the developing town of Liliha, Ala Moana-Kakaako and of course Waikiki, as she looks for eateries and artistic finds!
