My wife and I lost our son through an auto accident, who was the owner of the property ….  He was having financial problems and was in the middle of trying to do a short sale of his property with Ronda, who was assisting him at the time of his death.  We met Ronda at the time we went to recover the body and bring him home back here to California, and she came by to meet us and share her condolences and express how sorry she was about our loss.

Ronda, was working very hard to assist our son to get the best possible deal to help him get out from the debt the house had put him in while he was not able to work.  He told my wife and I how lucky he was to have met the nicest realty lady who was helping him out.  Ronda was a God send to us also, as she was supportive to us in her efforts to continue to sale the house and get best settlement we could.

I cannot express how grateful, and blessed we were by having Ronda at the helm handling the sale of our son’s house.  It was very comforting to be able to have her continuing to proceed with trying to sell the property with all the added obstacles that now became apparent.  We could sense her sincerity and Trusting her actions and judgment were never an issue.

With us being on the mainland, and not available to handle so many of the necessities that have to along with a sale, upkeep, maintenance, etc.  she definitely went the extra mile for our family.  Ronda’s patience matches her perseverance to reaching her desired goal and complete the deal.

It could have been a different situation with another realtor, who very easily and understandably so, who could have walked away from all the different tasks that are not a normal part of the process and wish us good luck.

There personal qualities and skills are not something you can teach someone, they are instilled in a person by their values and inner traits developed by the way they conduct and live their lives.  Anyone who is fortunate enough to have Ronda working fo them, whether as an Agent or Employee, is truly lucky, and better off, for being able to do so.

I had worked with Ms. Day for almost a year before finally purchasing my current home. She also created for me a beautiful custom-made home decorating book for my future reference! I don't know what to say but appreciate the fact that I met her.
